Return an item within 15 calendar days of invoice date for exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be accompanied by original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

Item must be in the original packaging material.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final sale items are final, return policy does not apply.

United Parcel Service (UPS) GROUND is our preferred carrier within the United States. The US Postal Office services are used for international orders.

Provide a valid street address for your order.

UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box or military APO address.

Expand Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are subject to change during order processing. If so, a sales representative will contact the buyer.

Actual UPS shipping rates are determined by the destination and box dimensions used to package the merchandise.

For international orders, the customer may be contacted for additional shipping charges if actual charges exceed collected amount and is responsible for any taxes or other associated costs charged by the US Customs Department.

How is my order processed?

We verify that your payment is authorized to prevent fraudulent orders. This process is usually completed within minutes, but can take longer if additional verification is required.

If your card does not authorize or needs additional verification, the sales team will notify by email or phone with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken, your order will not be packaged for shipping.

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-72 business hours.
Expand Is there anything I can't return?
We cannot provide a refund or replace any personalised goods or any items made specifically to fulfill your order; for example, embroidery and trimming items. Therefore, when ordering items which will be made or tailored to your requirements is correct and accurate.

You can get a reminder sent to your e-mail address. Simply click the sign-in link in the upper right hand corner or click the My Account link, then enter your Email address and click the Forgot My Password link. Follow all instructions.

Hat crowns measure at 22.5 inches in diameter. Draw string included in most hats.

Per privacy policy, we do not sell or share customer e-mail addresses.
Expand When I place an order is there any minimum requirements?
Minimum spending amount is $175.00 per order. Large volume orders are accepted by telephone 800-577-4287.
Expand How do I get a product customized?
Most products can be customized. Call us at 800-577-4287 to discuss further. "Final Sale" items cannot be customized.
