We understand that our customers need to feel comfortable about shopping online. Return merchandise within 15 days of invoice date for exchange or store credit. All merchandise must be accompanied by original tags attached and original package material. Final sale items are final, return policy does not apply.

essencehat.com utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) GROUND for sending orders to its customers within the United States. For international orders, we will use the cheapest method (USPS) available.

Provide a street address for your order to be delivered to as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box or military APO address.

Shipping rates are determined by the destination and box dimensions used to package the merchandise.

For international orders, the customer may be contacted for additional shipping charges if actual charges exceed collected amount and is responsible for any taxes or other associated costs charged by the US Customs Department.

How is my order processed?

The authorization process is when we verify that your payment is authorized to prevent fraudulent orders. This process is usually completed within minutes, but can take longer if additional verification is required.

If your card does not authorize or needs additional verification, essencehat.com will notify by email or phone with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken, your order will not be packaged for shipping.

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-72 business hours.

We cannot provide a refund or replace any personalised goods or any items made specifically to fulfil your order, for example Embroidery items. Therefore, when ordering items which will be made or tailored to your requirements, please ensure that you provide all of the information requested on the website and ensure that the information you give is correct and accurate

Once your order has been approved you can always sign-in to our web site which will allow you to access your Customer Account information. From here you can see the progress of your order. Any details concerning your order will be posted here for your information.
Expand What if my order arrives damaged?
For your protection, inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. If the returned goods are shown to have been damaged in transit then, in line with our returns policy, store credit or replacement may be offered as appropriate.

Yes, at wholesale prices - minimum spending is $175.00 per order. Large volume orders are accepted by telephone 800-577-4287.

Most products can be customized. Please call us at 800-577-4287 to discuss further. "Final Sale" items cannot be customized.
